How do I re-register my game?


We have moved away from using a single Registration/Unlock Code for one game on one computer and have started issuing Activation Codes which can be used to activate one game on multiple computers. Your sales receipt should have this Activation Code. Additionally, your sales receipt might also contain a direct link where you can re-download your game and have it fully activated.

If you do not have an Activation Code or a direct link to re-download a fully activated game, please do the following...

- Download and install a new copy of the game.
- Open the game and click on the "Already Paid" button.

If you cannot find such a button:

- Click "Buy Now"
- Click "Already Paid"
- Click "I don't have my Activation Code"

This will take you to our web based Activation Code re-issue page.
Just enter the requested information and our system will automatically e-mail a new Activation Code to you. (Note: You must use the e-mail address that was used at the time of purchase)

My e-mail address has changed. How can I update it so that I can use the re-register feature?
