My Activation Code cannot connect to your server. Help!
This error message usually means that the settings on your firewall is not allowing the game to access our server to activate the game. You can try adjusting your firewall settings or temporarily disabling your firewall so that the server can be accessed.
Also, the Unlock Code that was issued to you at the time of purchase will also activate the game. Please click on the text that reads: "I'm not connected to the Internet" to enter the Unlock Code.
If you have done the above, but you are still unable to activate your game, please send an email to our support department. Please be sure to include the Product Code from the game so that we may generate a new Unlock Code for you.
