When are your support offices open?
Our support department (Game Center Solution) is open Monday - Friday usually from 7:00am PT to around 4:00pm PT, but closed on most major US Holidays.
If you require immediate assistance when our support department is closed, you can send an email directly to Tuna Snax (head office in Sheffield, UK) via our contact form. Our normal office hours are 9:30am GMT to 6:00pm GMT and customer services there will endeavour to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
