How do I report abuse?
Personal Abuse
If you feel that you are suffering abuse from another Member, you must report that Member to Tuna Snax immediately. We take all forms of bullying and abusive conduct very seriously at Tuna Snax and strive to deal with it effectively.
Forum and Profile abusive content
You can report abusive content by using the "Report to Moderator" link on Forum posts, or the "Report this Profile" button on the Member's Profile page and giving your reasons.
Personal Messaging
If you are being harrassed by Personal Message, you have the ability to block specifc Members from sending you messages. See Personal Messaging.
Your own content
If you believe your homepage or other site Content has been illegally accessed or hacked by another Member and you have proof, you can send us an email as a General Enquiry via the Contact page. Note: under this circumstance, we cannot act against Members if you have knowingly allowed them access to your account password.
Abusive Content on Tuna Snax
If you believe that content posted by another Member is abusive, you should report it to Tuna Snax along with your reasons and we will investigate the matter on your behalf.
There are various ways to report abusive content:
Profile page content (this includes the Member's name, "about me" text, picture / avatar, contact and location text, any tags on game nuggets and any reviews)
- use the "Report this Profile" button on the top right of the Profile page
Forum content
- use the "Report to Moderator" links on the actual item in question
Game Reviews
- use the "Report Abuse" link on the item in question
Unattributable Content
- please send us an email as a General Enquiry from the Contact page.
Note: as a Member of Tuna Snax, you have it in your power to moderate site content yourself. If you disagree strongly with something or someone, cast a negative vote for that item or Member. Likewise, if you see something or someone who is a benefit to us all, vote them up! The whole community can act together to maintain a healthy environment through democratic voting power.
